Tuxedo Junction

From Rod:

“Friday 13th is looming, unlucky for some but lucky for others, and those mature musos are strutting their  stuff at that wonderful venue, The Auckland in Netley Road , Southsea, kick off at 8.30pm.
No personnel changes : Marc Tuddenham on Gtr/vocals, Rod Watts keyboard/vocals, Pete Jackson bass and vocals, Dave Brown on drums, odds and sods, and vocals
Look forward to seeing you all, some, a few, should be a lively evening”

  1. sounds like a nice evening – I am planning to go and leaving late Thursday evening to ensure I get in! I went to the Golden lion in Southsea to see the excellent band Monster last weekend -I even applauded when the Landlord yelled out “Keep Music Live!!(it felt safer to join in) but trying to park in Southsea area is a nightmare- missed their first spot but was quids in as others bought the first two rounds.
Delighted that our fav` soul band Jimmy James and the Vagabonds will no doubt be waving at me as I drive along the seafront pulling my hair out in the last hope of finding a car park space as they are on the maiden cruise of The Britannia leaving this weekend.
