  1. My favourite ‘Classical’ quote!

    “Said Hamlet to Ophelia,
I’ll draw a sketch of thee.
What kind of pencil shall I use?
    2B or not 2B?”

(Spike Milligan) Not Spike Edney! (LOL)

  2. A man was walking past a collector’s record shop one day and became very excited when he saw an LP in the window he never knew existed. He rushed in and said to the guy at the counter “Excuse me, but you’ve got a record in the window “The Sound Of Wasps”. “Oh yeah” laughed the record shop guy, ” It came in a whole batch of stuff- some was unsaleable crap like that, so I just put it in the window for a bit of fun really”. “Well, said the man, “I’m the world’s expert on wasps, and I’d love to buy it – how much?” The record shop guy said”,”Of just give a me a quid – that’ll do”. The wasp expert is beside himself with excitement as he’s handed the record. “Look, I’m so excited I don’t know if I can wait until i get home to play it -could you possibly put it on your record player for me now?”. “Yeah, sure” says the record shop guy, ” The place is empty anyway”. T he record is on the turntable and the wasp expert is trembling with antcipation as the needle gently finds the entry groove….. After a few seconds of buzzing et.c, the wasp expert looks dejected. “What’s up? Says the record shop guy”. “It sounds nothing LIKE wasps!” he replies. The record shop guy takes of the record, examines it carefully and sys “Oh, I’m sorry – I was playing the B side….”
