Shoot the Messenger

People have started quite regularly to send me messages by ‘Messenger’

I don’t know what that is

I don’t want to know. I don’t like technology over much and I’ve no interest in discovering new modes of communication. I have more than enough.

So if you do send me one, and get no reply, my apologies. I’m not being rude, I’m just not playing

  1. Absolutely! Messenger is a tool of the devil – and yahoo. It tries to link you and any yahoo related sites you join – like flickr and facebook – together via messenger and you. I can use it, but on principle I don’t and won’t. Maybe it’s because I’m nearly 70 and decidedly cranky!

  2. Sorry but I love it. I’ve used it recently to communicate with people in the UK, Egypt, India, the USA, Poland and France, free of charge of course. I think that’s pretty amazing.
